Courtyard by Marriott Washington Capitol Hill/Navy Yard

Customer service was fantastic. I expected it to be a little crazy since there was a game in town. We were not there for the game. We received a warm greeting from Tierra and Abdallah as we checked in and witnessed how they handled other guest concerns. They were congenial throughout and prompt in making situations right! We stayed two nights and it was very busy yet they were efficient and quick in handling guests and always with a smile! The service we received is enough of a reason to return!

The staff was excellent, especially Andre at the front desk. He was very helpful, polite and personable. Starbucks in the lobby was very convenient although a little slow in the morning. The room was extremely clean, quiet and comfortable, and the windows open to allow for fresh air. We stayed at this same location 3 years ago and everything was just as new and fresh as it was then. Would definitely stay here again.

This Courtyard Marriott was outstanding. Our room was clean and spacious; breakfast was delicious and varied; the location was unbeatable--one block from the Metro and close to the downtown. in all, first class experience.
